My name is Karen Onak I am the main Auctioneer. My family has been in the auction business for over 25 years. My crew is mainly my children and grandchildren, nieces and nephews, sister-in-law, and several long time friends.
Auction terms for sellers: Regular Auction :Cost to do Auction is determined by sale total a percentage is determined at the time we see what will be sold. Consignment Auction: Cost is 25% plus portion of advertising (example 10 consigners (ads divided by 10) $200.divided by 10 =$20). All reserved items 25 % of reserve price if not sold. Additional costs not covered: Display ads . If sale is canceled by seller after advertising has passed deadlines for canceling seller agrees to pay all ad costs incurred. Portable toilet varies by location.. Dumpster fees by size. Clean-up labor to fill dumpster varies by site. Settlement within 15 days if auction company cashes checks. Any uncollected checks will be turned over to County Attorney for collection and money be turned over to seller at time of collection by them. Settlement within 2 days after auction if seller prefers to cash checks. Auction company and employees are not responsible for walk offs, theft, injuries, or damages that occur at time of auction. Bond fees. Above items subject to change or negotiation. |
